Job Description
TRECON is seeking to hire an experienced professional design engineer to provide instrumentation and electrical systems design. Design services will support industrial process control and distribution systems in varied industries including, but not limited to, food, pulp, biofuels and petrochem. Prospect must be self-motivated and capable of providing professional I&E engineering services from conceptual design through project commissioning, including project management.

Desired Skills & Experience
- PE in Louisiana (other states a plus)
- 12 to 15+ years' experience (in-plant employment experience a plus)
Proficiency with:
- 480V through 15kV
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Reading P&ID's
- Developing and Working with Loop Sheets
- Detailed Wiring and Design Drawings
- Sizing and Specifying Instruments
- Specifying and Designing Power Distribution, Motor, and Control Equipment
